Shipping Policy – Plum Krazy Creations
Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and packed in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Perishable & Food Items Our products — including jams, jellies, preserves, brownie mixes, and vanilla extracts — are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. However, we recommend selecting expedited shipping during extreme weather months (June–August and December–January) to minimize heat or cold exposure in transit.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at plumkrazycreations@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
Local Pickup / In-Person Events We also sell at local Texas markets and events. Follow us on social media for upcoming event dates and locations.
